Business Financial Manager
Location: KrakówThe challenges waiting for you:
As a Business Financial Manager you will actively monitor additional budget investments and the latest priorities. You will make sure that it is reflected in the prognosis and spent as planned. Thanks to your work you will facilitate planning and support the budget planning and forecasting process to achieve the goal. You will be able to question unrealistic prognosis.
Your daily tasks will include:
- In-depth billing analysis and highlighting trends to the management
- Investigate and correct erroneous charges
- Interface with the others Business Managers and Finance Managerr in putting together forecasting/budgets and variance to Target
- Make sure the right billing keys are set up and the right customers are being charged
- Generate regular executive and management financial reports and customer update packs to support the Business Functions
Required skills:
- Experience with Financial management and reporting
- Fluent in English (both written and verbal)
- Ability to work autonomously under pressure to tight deadlines
- Highly disciplined approach to documentation standards, including version control management
- Experience of working on global initiatives, engaging with team members and stakeholders in multiple locations
- University graduate preferably with a degree in IT
- Previous background of working in a matrix organisational structure
- Highly developed reasoning and analytical skills
- Self-motivated, enthusiastic and proven fast learner
- Process oriented and structured approach
