Development of distribution network in Poland and CEE
Independent role with home office, covering Poland (80%) and CEE (20%)

Client Details
Our Client is a global company providing water treatment and filtration solutions for residential and commercial sectors. Company is already present in Poland and currently is looking for an experienced sales individual to develop the distribution / dealers network.
Description
- The primary responsibility of the Business Development Specialist is to penetrate distributors network, at all levels of organisation.
- Territorial responsibility for clients in Poland (80%), Czech Republic, Slovakia and Ukraine.
- Key task is to obtain the largest possible share of water treatment solutions in the assigned territory at a desirable price.
- Development and execution of sales plan in line with corporate sales strategy.
- You must develop sufficient knowledge of a customer's business to enable shaping the supply needs into specifications that the company can readily and profitably provide.
- In this role education of clients / distributors (showing business advantages) is as well important as sales.
- Preparation and submission of on time required reports to the management, including reports of noteworthy market, customer and competitive developments in the assigned territory.
- The job also requires the ability to deal with extended travel and absences from home.
Profile
- Enthusiastic, proactive, self- starter.
- College degree or equivalent.
- 5 -8 years of successful professional background preferably in a company cooperating with distribution network or end users in water treatment, HVAC, water boilers segment.
- Extensive knowledge and a thorough understanding of sales processes via distribution network
- Fluency in English, Polish would be essential
- Very good organisation skills, as the position is independent (home office).
- Readiness for travelling across dedicated region.
Job Offer
Our Client offers a solid base salary with annual bonus on top. All working tools necessary to do the job will be provided.
