Client Details
Our client is an international organisation operating in automotive aftermarket segment. We are currently looking for an ambitious Business Development / Operations Manager whose main task will concentrate on developing new fast-fitting workshops concept.
Description
- Successful acquisition of potential franchisees in assigned territory - Poland.
- Working with local and international key partners and departments: legal, financial, marketing and development in Headquarter.
- Working closely with franchisee to organise workshop, help with preparation of products order and training of new employees and managers.
- Verification and qualification of new locations for workshops.
- Set up and monitor sales plans for franchisees, working close on KPI's.
- Assist franchisees with executing sales plans and growing profitability of their business, strong focus onKPI.
- Perform training's for franchisees, workshop managers and field consultants.
- Conduct marketing researches on local market.
Profile

Minimum 10 years of professional experience in automotive aftermarket segment.

Proven track record in establishing and developing workshop network operating under one brand.
- Previous experience as a manager or owner of workshop would be an asset.
- Very good knowledge of English.
- Enthusiastic, proactive, self- starter.
- College degree or equivalent in technical field.
- Very good organisation skills, as the position is independent (home office).
- Readiness for travelling across dedicated region.
Job Offer
