

Business Development Manager
As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for the development of the Polish market and the sale of functional ingredients for foods, and beverages.
Client Details
For the Client which is one of the world's largest distributors of functional ingredients and a provider of integrated solutions such as nutrient premixes. We are looking for a Candidate for the position of Key Account Manager/ Business Development Manager
Description
- The lead point of contact for their accounts
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements
- Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives
- Develop new business with existing clients, upselling and cross-selling
- Develop business with new clients, upselling and cross-selling
- Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)
- Prepare reports on account status
- Collaborate with the regional manager to identify and grow opportunities within the territory
- Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed
Profile
- Currently/very recently been a sales manager with a minimum of 5 years of selling experience in the Polish food and beverage industry.
- Fluent in Polish and English
- Experience working under a country/regional manager
- Experience in Client Relationship and Key Account Management
- Knowledge of market analysis
- Hands-on experience in creating reporting and managing budgets
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
