

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
For our international client with experience in electromobility. We are looking for a person with great interest in electric cars.

International company highly oriented in zero emission solutions.
Description
- Development of strategy and plans for the sale of EV charging solutions in Poland and potentially CEE in the future.
- Identification and sourcing of business leads, actively establishing contacts and meetings, documenting and managing pipeline with appropriate tools.
- Providing market research, financial and strategical review of clients and competitors.
- Writing and negotiating offers, developing client documentation, including public tenders, making decisions aimed at maximizing growth.
- Cooperation/coordination with the technical and software departments in order to adapt the product to the requirements of the Polish market or client.
- Setting up and leading local subsidiary, coordinating outsourcing of business functions
- Developing and managing budget for sales and marketing function.
- Location - Poland, occasional presence in head office.
- Support from assistant/technical team in head office.
Profile
- Min 5-years' experience in the sale of products or services on Polish electromobility or renewable energy market.
- Min 5 years' experience in development of B2B and institutional clients.
- University degree, likely in engineering or trade/marketing.
- Experience coordination of administration area.
- Being cooperative, communicative, and supportive.
- Knowledge of the electromobility sector, its players and trends, local specifics of Polish market.
- Likes to travel, generate new business contacts.
- Freely communicates in English language.
- Self-disciplined, goal-oriented, highly efficient, and independent person.
- Reporting directly to CEO in head office
