As a Business Development Manager your role will be to look for potential customers, initiating contact via different channels like LinkedIn, email and phone.
You will be a pillar of a company delivering flow of potential deals to our specialists who will take conversation further. As your experience grows, we expect that you will be able to take responsibility for closing a deal on your own.
Your primary territory will be USA and UK but also Poland and worldwide.
You will be backed up by a very experienced team who will train you on sales methodology and products.
We promote positive and constructive working atmosphere – we all learn all the time.
You are well-organized and self-confident person. We do not micromanage, so we expect mature approach. You are a CEO of your role.
You are happy to have high volume of activities daily, keep high quality of communication and input all your actions into CRM. You work against targets and aim to overachieve. You are not afraid to speak out in a constructive way to improve any process or to bring new ideas.
You have experience in B2B Sales and speak good English.
