Currently for our Client- multinational company from valve technology industry (oil& gas)- we are looking for Business Development Manager.
Working on this position you will be responsible for creating, implementing the sales strategy within the oil& gas sector within the whole Poland, gaining new customers as well as build long- term relationships with existing Clients based on your knowledge, experience. This independent role includes also preparing market and competitors analysis and providing the new ideas for further development of the business, processes, tools and products.
We are looking for Candidates with more than 5 years of proven successful experience within technical sales role in the oil, gas industry or industry related to industrial fittings and technical education. Due to the multinational character and daily contact with customers and investors from various countries- communicative level of English knowledge is a must. Very good experience with technical drawing will be also very important, as well as knowledge of ERP and CRM system. Our Client is looking for engaged, proactive and open- minded person who will be happy to be a part of the team, who likes working with people, process improvement and is business, goal and people- oriented with excellent negotiation skills. Experience in presenting products during trainings and symposiums, knowledge of the industrial fitting market will be crucial. This role includes also frequent business travels (availability and category B driving license are very important).
