Business Development Manager – Industrial Markets


Job Description

The BDM is generally responsible for driving sales of services and products in Poland within INDUSTRIAL Markets

 TASKS:

• Customer visits and meeting

• Pre-project calculations and quotation preparation

• Customer negotiations and contracting

• Participation in cost and operation audits during contracts realisation

• Perform customer satisfaction surveys

• Follow up on quarterly sales and cost objectives

• Prepare monthly reports e.g. issued quotations, won and lost orders, sales forecast, sales prospects, contracts result, operational issues etc

TRADES:

• Design & Engineering / Automation

• Prefabrication / Manufacturing

• Construction & Erection

• Shutdown, Maintenance & Training

Requirements

Job experience required:

• Min. 5 years experience in Industry

• Solid experience in the direct sales B2B

• Experience in project sales and implementation

• Experience in customer service

• Experience in development and realising of technical concepts

 

Knowledge and education:

 

• Education within the field of Chemical Processing or similar

• Graduation as engineer (Master of Science)

• Mechanical engineering or processing technology within Industry Segments

• Piping, Utilities, processing pipework and flow engineering

• Good computer literacy

• Good knowledge of English

• French would be advantage
