Currently, for our client- an international company with a high reputation and friendly organisational culture- we are looking for experienced Business Development Manager to develop the industrial services sector and team.

Working on this position you will be responsible for acquiring new customers (infrastructure, construction& project supervision), building professional long- term relationships, market analysis as well as identifying and acquisition of projects and new businesses (customer relations, preparation of tender, negotiations with customers) as well as team management. This role includes also creating the sales strategy, budgeting, forecasting, P&L management. We are looking for Candidates with minimum 5 years of experience in business development in construction industry, infrastructure and/or or oil and gas/chemicals and/or pipelines with experience working as proposal and/ or project manager with familiar and good relationship with authorities and asset developers or asset owners in Poland for local business development, either in the field of private/ public or industrial infrastructure, chemicals or pipeline. Ideal Candidate should be familiar with international project supervision and- management to structure projects. Qualification in the construction industry will be an advantage.
