The company has been establishing and developing new offices that’s why is searching for Business Development Executive who will build and develop market in Poland.
Your new role
The person we are currently looking for will be responsible for establishing and maintaining company’s position on the Polish market focusing on financial services, banking industry. BDE will identify new opportunities, gain new customers, conduct negotiations, analyzing the market as well as coordinating activities to create meaningful sales and presentations materials. Moreover, the person will create and implement sales and business development strategy by Bid-Management and Pre-sales, commercial management and negotiations as well as account management current clients. The person will be able to built and develop his/her own team. Candidate will be working in home office model.
What you'll need to succeed
We are looking for candidates with a several years with a signification experience in sales of IT/Telecom industry, preferably services, software, applications and/or custom-made solutions with a wide knowledge in the field. Experience and deep knowledge of clients in banking and financial industry will be necessary. Very good knowledge of English is a must (contact with headquarters and abroad). Moreover, we are looking for the person who is able to build strong and long-lasting business with clients, maximise opportunities, bring new ideas, create and launch strategies as well as who is collaborative, inspiring, leadership and really team-player person. Person who are well-organized, independent, goal-oriented, communicative and ready to travel has a chance to achieve a success on the position.
