Description
- The role represents all the attractive traits of a start-up, such as being more involved in the direction, growth and evolution of the business in the market, and the choices in future opportunities associated with being first through the door.
- Being accountable for a revenue and signed contract target for the market, as well as softer performance indicators such as number of new business meetings etc.
- Networking, relationship building and collaborating with different teams and divisions across the group e.g. media and creative agencies, Client Development and Account Management teams etc.
- Building a solid and qualified pipeline of opportunities, i.e identifying and maximizing opportunities from within the group e.g., clients that are already working with in other markets
- Tactical planning and strategizing
- Develop and maintain customer relationships
- Developing and tailoring relevant sales collateral and resources
- Negotiating and closing contracts with client's key decision makers
- Support the elevation of company across the market by contributing to events/marketing e.g., content creation, 1:1 client meetings, webinars etc.
- Completing onboarding training and attending regular training thereafter.
Profile
- Excelled in a target driven sales position
- Minimum 5-years of of digital sales and marketing business experience
- Minimum 3-years of ad/martech experience required
- Ability to assess client objectives and formulate communications strategy within display advertising
- Comfortable with consultative sales and solution selling
- Strong negotiation skills
- Works well in a team/highly collaborative environment
- Polish and English language fluency levels
- Knowledge of both ad and mar-tech landscapes, as well as the challenges with digital media specifically
- Highly driven, motivated, and ambitious self-starter
