Business Develop Specialist (shipbuilding industry)

Miejsce pracy: Gdańsk

Responsibilities :

• Promoting and selling whole spectrum of company services,
• Responsibility for business development and account management on international markets only (worldwide),
• Building and nurturing relationships with current clients and providing professional customer service on a daily basis,
• Conducting market analysis, preparating offers, negotiating contracts, closing deals and following up on clients requests.

Requirements :

• Professional, full time experience as Sales Manager / Account Manager / Business Development Manager in shipbuilding industry,
• Fluent English is a must,
• Wide knowledge about shipbuilding services international markets e.g. repairs & sale engine parts,
• Ability to understand customers problems and needs,
• Solution-oriented: ability to stay focused on the problem at hand and deliver an actionable plan,
• Offer preparation, negotiations and persuasion skills,
• Determination, perseverance, ambition and team spirit.
