For our client, one of the world’s largest banking and financial services organisation, we are looking for Business Analyst
Your new role
As a Business Analyst you will:
- Become the global workforce management ‘subject matter expert’ within Enterprise Services (ES).
- Provide general support to ES’s resource managers – helping to solve ad-hoc workforce queries & issues.
- Engage with vendors to develop a commercial relationship and fill open positions at pace.
- Maintain workforce plan / forecast.
- Maintain organisational design compliance by working with resource managers to resolve ‘breaks’ (eg: Span of Control, Management Layers, Reporting Lines).
- Governance checks of new role requests.
- General data analysis and presentation (eg: headcount, recruitment, time booking).
- Support ES’s Workforce Manager with ad-hoc strategic initiatives.
- Continuously improve tools & processes.
What you'll need to succeed
- Good data analysis skills (Excel or otherwise) – experience of translating large data sets into simple messaging.
- Good data visualization skills (PowerPoint or otherwise).
- Good stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- High attention to detail.
- Business Management experience.
- Workforce Management experience.
