Your new role
• Track & report workforce Transformation progress – from both a headcount & financial perspective.
• Produce weekly programme status reporting.
• Provide ad-hoc reporting
• Proactively identify & propose additional benefit opportunities to senior management & Head of Workforce Management.
• Proactively identify & resolve data quality issues with support of workforce managers.
• Continuously improve processes & tools, with a focus on automation.
What you'll need to succeed
• Good data analysis skills (Excel or otherwise) – experience of translating large data sets (~50,000 records) into simple messaging.
• Good data visualization skills (PowerPoint or otherwise).
Nice to have:
• Business Management experience
• Advanced data tooling experience (eg: Alteryx, Tableau)
