We are working as a recruitment provider searching on our Client's behalf for a person in the following role:

 

Business Analyst

Location: Kraków

 

 

The Technology Business Analyst is responsible for ensuring the team works within an Agile delivery method and that their backlog of requirements and analysis feed into Technology Projects and Programmes successfully.

 

Key Accountabilities:

Business Analyst within Data Services is role is heavily business data focused

Provides the Product Owner with administrative support whilst evolving Product roadmap, creation of epics and writing of user stories and managing the product backlog

Support the Business in conversations on Business value & investment required and prioritisation across the portfolio of work

Bring together impacted delivery teams to undertake high level functional design and feature breakdown of propositions

Identify functional & architectural dependencies across propositions, teams and platforms

Collaborate in change interventions such as training and communication

Establish relationships with key project stakeholders

Work closely with key delivery stakeholders to ensure alignment with the wider change portfolio and the Group Strategy, Values and Behaviours

 

Requirements:

Demonstrable experience of working in a data-related role; data analysis, architecture, data management and / or modelling with hands-on technical experience of using associated technologies

Good knowledge and understanding of the power and value of data with an ability to apply technology solutions to meet business needs / requirements and deliver organisational strategy

5 years of experience with at least 3 years in business analysis role on complex projects across countries or regions

Understanding of banking/financial services industry and/or shared services organisations

Experience in business analysis, solution design, change & implementation or consulting activities

Excellent written and verbal communications skills

Excellent analytical and problem solving skills

Ability to work independently and proactively

Experience with running meetings in English over video or teleconference

Knowledge of MS Office and business analysis tools

Experience in metadata and cloud related projects would be an advantage
