Location: Wroclaw*• Support the team activities in the workforce forecasting, capacity planning, scheduling and reporting; * Provide data checks and developing new scenarios for data accuracy; * Communicate with stakeholders, analyze collected data; * Maintain and update internal reporting tools for our excel based reporting; * Lead calls on workforce forecasting with the stakeholders when needed; * Collaborate across business units, providing support in the day-to-day administration of workforce management.
