For our client in Wrocław we are looking for Branding MarketingSpecialist!
Your new role
- Coordinating locally all BNY Mellon Poland branding initiatives and projects
- Executing marketing strategy of the Poland site
- Working closely with the local Senior Site Management team and EMEA marketing team on strengthening BNY Mellon brand identity in Poland
- Creating content and reviewing layout of a Poland website
- Planning, Establishing and maintaining sponsorship cooperation with external institutions
- Managing PR activities (writing press release, projecting promotional materials such as roll-ups, standing boards etc.)
- Responsible for any external communication strategy across media, government, industry and the local community in Wroclaw, Poland, working in close collaboration with external communications in EMEA
Depending on the needs, the role may also require:
- Assisting in the day-to-day execution of the communications strategy
- Planning and supervising internal events (including preparation of presentations, scheduling agenda)
- Integrating communication from all affinity group updates, local events, executive messages and other site related points into a single and more effective communication
- Streamlining and integrating communication at site to ensure the right channel is used to deliver specific information
What you'll need to succeed
- 4 – 6 years of overall working experience
- 2 years of experience in similar role
- Hands-on experience in creating branding related content
- Expertise in PowerPoint
- Strong organization skills
- Attention to details
- Outstanding communication skills
