Description
Currently, we are looking for BPM Developer who will carry out a project for our Client - one of the largest banking and financial services organizations in the world, providing a comprehensive range of financial services to around 60 million customers.
You will be responsible to develop accurate, efficient and easy to maintain software applications for the Bank. The deliverables should be well tested, accompanied with good documentation, according to specification and set standards, and completed within the allocated timeline.
Main tasks
Working with BPM analysts, architects, business users, etc. to build process-centric solutions that deliver value to the business
Taking part in all phases of SDLC including requirements gathering, analysis, development, testing and deployment
Developing processes flows, business logic, integrations and user interfaces in IBM BPM
Taking a lead role in playbacks to iterate requirements and demonstrate solution directly to business users
Assisting with project estimates and sprint planning
Prioritizing and resolving project issues, escalating when necessary
Answering technical questions from team members or other technical teams
Guiding and mentoring less-experienced members of the team
Requirements
University degree in computer science or equivalent
Strong verbal and written skills in English to communicate effectively with stakeholders
Strong analytical, interpersonal, presentation and negotiation skills
Highly motivated and able to work independently and proactively in a fast paced environment with multiple deadlines
Experience developing process applications in IBM BPM
Application development experience in languages such as Java, C#, PHP or Python
Experience working with databases (MS-SQL, Oracle, DB2, MySQL, etc.)
Experience in XML/XPath/XQuery/XSLT
Experience using Javascript, Ajax, HTML
Experience with scripting libraries such as DOJO, jQuery or Bootstrap
Experience in SOAP, Web Services and REST APIs
Experience in SDLC using Agile methodology
Optional skills
Experience in IBM BPM (Lombardi TeamWorks)
Experience using IBM BlueWorks Live
Working experience with other IBM platforms such as ODM, Business Monitor, etc.
