Project scope:
- Project will revolve around explorative analysis of various data sources (mostly sales and volumes of needed retail figures) to increase forecasting performance, horizon, and level of granularity of those forecasts. Sales are strongly driven by monthly targets for retail, wholesale, and order intake on various levels of granularity. Early indications whether sales target will be met help making better informed decisions how volume should be shifted across sales channels or how sales support should be allocated. For that purpose, machine learning based forecasts are used along with linear forecasts and expert assessments to gain the best level of transparency
- Connecting data sources to AWS Data Lake & ensure a continuous feed
- Exploring the data to address needs expressed by business owners
- Defining & iterating the design of the Tableau dashboards
- Integration the dashboards in the web portal for publication
- Tech stack: Tableau, Python, Spark, Terraform, AWS Cloud (Glue)
Competence demands:
- Minimum 2 years of BI experience
- Experience in designing Tableau dashboards
- Experience with Agile/Scrum
- Interest in cloud solutions
- Fluent English B2/C1
