The BI Data Analytics team plays a critical role in conducting close-loop data-driven business iterations. As a BI Lead, your scope of work is not limited to just performance monitoring and reporting, but also to proactively finding actionable insights to help drive high-impact business changes. Our end-to-end data solution reduces the gap between the business teams and technical teams and achieves real 'intelligence' in the iteration cycle.
Description
- Co-create strategy and direction setting of one of the key Business Unit in company.
- Deeply understand the business through the numbers and prepare actionable insights for the stakeholders.
- Manage a team of junior to senior level analysts.
- Develop ad hoc analyses or reports and communicate insights to business teams.
- Capture high-level and detailed requirements through interviews with other departments and collaborate on reporting and data-related projects.
- Develop new and update existing reports.
- Drive the standardization of data metrics by leveraging data- and business process knowledge.
- Determine opportunities for automation using different technologies.
- Learn and develop new processes to improve reporting tools and systems.
Profile
- Graduate of BS/BA Computer Science, Information Technology, Statistics, Mathematics, and other related courses.
- Experience in data analytics using Excel and SQL.
- Experience in Python will be an advantage.
- Can easily translate numbers into insights throughout a clear thinking.
Experience leading teams (one-on-ones, performance reviewing, recruiting and managing day-to-
day).- Self-starter with the ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
- High analytical ability - critical and logical thinking and optimization.
- Passion for problem-solving, improving and/or implementing processes.
- Ability to communicate efficiently in English.
