We are working as a recruitment provider searching on our Client's behalf for a person in the following role:


Bi Front-end Junior Developer

Location: Kraków


Key Accountabilities:

Data visualization in MI tools selected by OPS MI Management -e.g. QlikSense

Data analyses, data Management, MI Report maintenance as a report owner

Responsibility for the output/development and improvements in assigned by manager area

Ability to provide complex reporting solution involving SQL, technologies

Data Quality and Business Intelligence. This includes the ability to gather and analyse data from multiple sources and files and compile into clear reports for management

Represent the BI team in larger forums. Raise planning and MI issues and work with support teams in helping address such issues

Should proactively seeking for any internal processes improvements; propose new solutions for both local and global needs

Actively share the knowledge with other team members

Build data flow process if needed in assigned area

Identify and manage risk in his/her area of responsibility

Prepare professional documentation of assigned process and train the back-up person appointed by BI Manager

To maintain core standards of behaviour at all times



Must have a BS in Computer Science, Business Administration, or equivalent education and work experience.

Experienced in preparing business reports, documents, instructions and procedures

Exceptional analytical skills

Delivery-focused with ability to pay attention to detail and ensure tasks meet required deadlines with required levels of quality

Experience in dealing with request and queries from top management will be a plus

Knowledge of scripting, data source integration and GUI development in QlikSense

Experience with JavaScript

Proficiency in MS Excel and working knowledge of MS Office elements

Knowledge of data visualization techniques and dashboard design

Knowledge of ETL processes, and data warehousing principles will be an asset

Flexibility to work on and learn various technologies a must

Experience with Python will be a plus

Positive 'can do' attitude

Ability to work well under pressure with high degree of accuracy

Self-starter who can operate independently or as part of a team

Good organizational skills

Outstanding written / verbal communication and presentation skills

Strong capacity to assimilate other stakeholders' perspectives and fast learning abilities

Project management skills will be an asset

Fluency in English – written and spoken
