In this role, the Software Engineer will be responsible for analysis of requirements, design, coding and verification of product software for
power electronics control modules according to Automotive SPICE process in the area of AUTOSAR architecture.
The successful candidate will join a respectful, collaborative, and talented team, and will work in a professional high-tech environment with an
opportunity to change and shape the future of mobility and transportation. They will work along with other BorgWarner engineers to ensure
that program goals are met, schedules are maintained, and problems encountered during the development process are satisfactorily
resolved.
Key responsibilities:
Performs analysis of software requirements
Performs software design
Generates software code for real-time embedded systems either by manual coding or configuration of AUTOSAR modules
Perform software verification on test bench and vehicle
Generates software documentation: design, test plans, test results
Provide software development support to BorgWarner and customer on test trips
Wymagania
B.S. in Engineering in Electrical, Electronics, Software, Mechatronics Engineering or Computer Engineering
Previous experience in software engineering within one of the following areas: microcontroller programming, low level software development for real time embedded systems, AUTOSAR Basic Software configuration;
Good knowledge of C languages
Experience of working within a standardised software development process environment, preferably ASPICE.
Excellent organizational, time management and interpersonal skills is required.
Strong analytical and problem solving capability
Fluency in English is required
