For our Client, well known company with constantly growing SSC in Cracow, we are currently looking for Candidates with Hebrew language.
While working at the position of Banking Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for both administrative and customer service oriented tasks. You will be responsible for managing Hebrew speaking client's accounts, what include: updating information in the system, contacting client in case of some non-actual information, being in close cooperation with AML, KYC, IT Support teams if their service is needed.
We are looking for Candidates with excellent English and Hebrew language skills.Previous working experience gained in finance/ customer service would be an advantage, but is not a must- we are open for both candidates with experience, as well as fresh graduates.
An ideal Candidate likes to work in administration and under pressure of time, has excellent communication skills and is open for Cracow- based job.
