For our Client, an international producer of electricity generators and heat we are looking for Bank Reconciliation Specialist with German.
Person on this position will be responsible for payment operations in the company: Ensure an operational efficient and stable bank reconciliation process. Bank Reconciliation Specialist’s duties will be also continue to improve the automatic matching rate in bank reconciliation process by finding on a daily basis opportunities for improvements in our reconciliation tool AutoBank for SAP. Significant for the role will be contribute to a continued good relationship and work on operational efficiency with internal stakeholders such as our customer business and other departments in shared service centre. Another responsibility will be cooperate with BPO provide for our bank reconciliation process and make sure our documentation with the BPO provider is kept up to date to ensure a well running delivery. Bank Reconciliation Specialist will support in needed system changes in the bank reconciliation process, solve problems and coordinate with IT department and company’ business in case of technical or other problems in the bank reconciliation process. As part of the German Treasury Services team is responsible for a wide variety of tasks flexibility is required in supporting the team in other Treasury related tasks next to your main responsibility of working in the area of bank reconciliation.
We are looking for you if you have university degree with a business focus or similar and at least 3 years of professional experience in a relevant financial or IT field and your command of German is business fluent (B2+/C1) and your command of English is strong (B2), both verbally and written. You will get extra points for: experience from working within transaction finance processes in general or particularly in bank account reconciliation processes in other organisations, knowledge of SAP and treasury particularly in regards to payment operations.
