Back Office Agent
Miejsce pracy: KrakówKey responsibilities:
- Entering and managing data in the SAP system
- Cooperation with the sales and marketing department
- Improving the sap system
- Act as a complaint settlement
- Maintain non-operational correspondence and communication with distributors, sales representatives and customer service representatives
The profile:
- Excellent operational knowledge of SAP SD module (R/3, ECC6, S4)
- High school diploma or equivalen
- Office skills (MS-Office, etc.)
- Intermediate English knowledge both written and spoken is a must (min. B2) (another European language will be an asset)
- Previous experience in the field
- Good interpersonal communication skills
