Associates Finance /Accountant with Portuguese language

Responsibilities:  

• Support Finance department in the daily activities
• Provide professional services to customers
• Handle incoming queries and provide solution to the employees/ customers/ vendors
• Maintain accurate and timely payable ledgers/ statements/ accounts
• Enter invoices to the system according to defined processes
• Control the workflow for vendors
• Verify calculations of finance documents
• Perform payments of invoices to suppliers

Requirements:

•  4-5 year student or University degree, preferably in Finance, Accounting, Economics or equivalent
• Knowledge and experience in using Microsoft Office tools (i.e. Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Good working knowledge of English language
• Good working knowledge of Portuguese language
• Knowledge and experience using SAP would be an asset
