To achieve our ambitious growth goals we are currently looking for a Associate M&A (m/f/d).
Your Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Engage in the day-to-day management of transaction processes as vital member of a dedicated deal team (including coordination of internal teams and service providers / advisors)
- Support the execution of projects including assuming full responsibility for project tasks
- Preparation of transaction material incl. board presentations, financial models, key deal summaries, etc.
- Preparation of market and competitive analyses as well as industry screenings for the identification of potential targets
- Build sector expertise and professional network (proactively but also promoted)
What you offer:
As successful candidate, you will bring the following:
- Strong academic background; Master's degree preferably in Accountancy / Finance / Economics or equivalent
- 1 - 3 years' experience with an Investment Bank, Private Equity Firm, M&A Boutique or Big 4 M&A Deal team
- Strong analytical capabilities, highly numerical and articulate
- Outstanding presentation and communication skills
- Proficiency in Power Point and Excel is a must
- Team player attitude and keen to take responsibility and ownership for your tasks / projects
- Ability to work well under pressure and to tight timelines
- Fluency in English (must), additional languages are a plus
