Asset Manager (Industrial)
We are seeking for an experienced Asset Manager.
Client Details
For our Client - a growing real estate investment fund - we are seeking for an experienced Asset Manager. Successful candidate will be responsible for managing of industrial portfolio.
Description
- Participate in creating a portfolio strategy in line with funds objectives
- Be responsible for value creation activities related to selected industrial portfolio
- Reaching the NOI level assumed for the projects, active participation in the budgeting, forecasting, monitoring of rental rates
- Controlling Property Managers' performance (reporting, budgets, fit-out works, capex) and Facility Management function
- Responsibility for the process of commercialization and re-commercialization of the portfolio of logistics and warehouse facilities
- Supervising the process of terms negotiations, signing the lease agreements, relocations, assignments, terminations and any other annexes
- Developing and implementing a leasing strategy in co-operation with the leasing team to ensure all available space is leased in a timely and effective manner
- Continuing assistance to the Investment Team during the acquisition/due diligence process
- Assisting in preparation of IC documentation/ Fund reporting/ Management reporting
- Supporting marketing campaigns and building the company's brand and its new products
Profile
- Master's degree
- At least 3-5 years of experience working on a similar position
- Strong asset management / leasing experience, preferably within industrial area
- Firm understanding and demonstrable track-record in handling asset management initiatives: lettings, rent reviews, re-gears, refurbishments as well as hold / sell analysis
- Good numeric and Excel skills, preferably including financial modelling appraising a wide range of asset management initiatives
- Fluency in English
- Self-motivated, determined and diligent
- Quality interpersonal skills and ability to engage external and internal stakeholders at all levels of seniority
