Area Sales Manager - Lighting Sector (M/F)
Field sales position selling a manufactured range of premium high end light fittings to end-users.
- 90% of your duties will be selling lighting solutions (incl. products & controls as well as TurnKey projects) to, but not only, retail and industrial customers.
- 10% of influencing specifiers such as architects, interior designers, and other specifiers.

For our Client, a leading global high end lighting fittings company, we are searching for Area Sales Manager.
Description
- Take ownership of the area sales budget to deliver and exceed sales in line with agreed objectives
- Active order acquisition and intensive End User customer management in order to grow sales turnover and sold quantities
- Technical consultancy for customers, provide excellent and professional customer service to all clients
- Planning and execution of customer visits on regular basis
- Existing customers: growth of supply share and progress in long term business relationship
- New customers: identification of new potential business, introduction of business relationship, definition of "way forward", understanding of customer requests and coordination with company interests
- Identify market trends (products, service, market structure) and communicate those inside the company
- Creating yearly business forecast
- Realization of quarterly and yearly sales target
Profile
- Min 3 years of experience in premium proffesional lighting sector - is necessary
- Technical background and education is welcomed (lighting, electrical engenieering)
- Value based selling approach, experience in high end product selling
- Experiences in B2B sales
- Knowledge of international markets, especially the Key Players,
- Readiness for regular business trips,
- Easy communication in English, both writing and speaking
- Natural relationship builder who works closely with colleagues to ensure that the customer is at the heart of everything you do
- Positive personality, focusing to reach the target,
- Highly organized and capable
