For our client – international and one of the biggest company in technical industry – we are looking for Territory Manager / Area Sales Manager who will be responsible for central Latvian market. This is a well-known and developing brand that offers services, technology and systems that specialize in water treatment, purification, cleaning and hygiene in a wide variety of applications. It helps organizations both private market as well as public treat their water, not only for drinking directly, but also for use in food, healthcare, hospitality related safety and industry
The person we are currently looking for will be responsible for developing, growing as well as building sales strategy in the region of central Latvia – Riga and surroundings (+-100 km). TM / ASM will identify new opportunities, gain new customers, conduct negotiations, analysing the market of industrial clients, including mainly: Food & Beverages in the region. TM / ASM will manage sales budget, business objectives and implement to achieve sales targets. Moreover, the person will create and implement sales strategy on the market in close cooperation with Sales, Technical and R&D Departments. Moreover, an daily basis her/she will manage marketing activities and complaint. Candidate will be working in home office model and will be in permanent contact with polish entity.
We are looking for candidates with min. 3-5 years with a signification experience and knowledge of the market such as Food & Beverages industries and its specificity. Very welcome are candidates with experience in sales of technical solutions (both services and products) to food and beverages producers. Moreover, higher education (preferably mechanical engineering, chemical, sanitary engineering and similar) and very good knowledge of English and Latvian are necessary. We are looking for candidates who are well-organized, self-motivated, goal-oriented, communicative and ready to travel.
