- Telephone and e-mail contact with our foreign clients
- Monitoring the status of overdue receivables
- Analysis of open positions on customer accounts
- Close cooperation with the accounting team
- Daily communication with other departments of the company
Profile
- German language skills at least B2
- English language skills at least B1
- Ability to establish positive relationships with customers
- Would be an asset to have an experience in customer service and finance sector
