AR Accountant with German
Currently we are searching for an experienced candidate in the area of Accounts Receivable who speaks German fluently. A successful candidate firstly will participate in process standardization and optimization after the knowledge transfer from German speaking countries.
Client Details
Our Client is a company from the production sector. They decided to open their international structures at the end of previous year and they are going to grow for the next few months. Currently they support mainly German speaking countries in accounting activities. Their office is located in Piaseczno.
Description
- Supporting mainly German speaking entities
- Posting journal entries, invoice entries, payment transactions, bank statement review, customer statement review, transaction reversal
- Processing incoming payments, customer refunds and rebates
- Clearing customer accounts
- Reconciling AR accounts
- Handling customer inquiries
- Supporting month end closing activities
- Participating in processes improvement initiatives
- Creating and maintaining process documentation
- Preparing or update process maps/descriptions
Profile
- Minimum 1 year of experience in the area of Accounts Receivable
- Fluent English and German
- Good knowledge of MS Office and ERP systems
- Very good Customer Service skills
- Ability to work under pressure and with deadlines
- Excellent communication skills
- Very good analytical skills
- Ability to work under time pressure
- Flexibility and willingness to participate in many projects
