Application Specialist

ZeroChaos dla swojego międzynarodowego i renomowanego Klienta w Krakowie (branża energetyczna) poszukuje kandydatów na stanowisko: Application Specialist.

Tasks:

- Provide 3rd level support for application users

- Application/system monitoring for support and smooth operation and incident resolution – track, trace, log and document

- Troubleshooting particular incidents and undertaking detailed root cause analysis and resolving with fixes or workarounds to restore service

- Support user access management process

- Support SOX activities

- Support test activities

- Support Application Manager & System Administrator with specific tasks

- Close cooperation with Development team

We are looking for a person who is:

- Fast learning and action oriented

- Team player with the ability to work independently

- Ability to understand user and system issues

Requirements:

- 1 – 3 years’ experience in IT environment (especially in Application Support)

- ITIL knowledge would be an advantage

- Very good English skills to communicate with users from different countries and on different levels

- Strong customer focus

- Analytical skills

- Ability to manage many tasks at the same time

- Solid user knowledge in MS office applications

- Dedication to grow into technical/functional application support

- Basic SQL knowledge will be a big plus
