For our client, international banking company located in Krakow, in order to meet the growing market demand for speed to market and to stay competitive in an challenging marketplace, we are looking for Senior Apple Desktop Engineer
Your new role
Engineer will work in newly established Apple Desktop Pod. Apple Desktop Engineers will be responsible to build of the Mac OS X operating system to our managed Apple devices, review and define the Apple hardware used for our defined user stories, define the configuration to be applied to these devices, manage and control these devices. Moreover, your duties cover Agile development of Apple Desktop Infrastructure related products and 3rd level support of said products. In the end you will perform continuous improvement, maintain an agile mind-set, as well as, focus on automation and process improvement.
What you'll need to succeed
You need to have deep knowledge of Apple Mac and linked technologies: Mac OS X, Jamf Pro / Jamf Cloud, Windows on Mac (e.g., Boot Camp, Parallels, Virtual Box), AppleScript, Automator workflows, Mac deployment technologies. You should be also experienced in associated technology areas: Microsoft Office, browsers (Safari, IE, Chrome), Java, Mac security models and tooling, identity and access management tooling, Active Directory, Workspace One, Apple Remote Desktop. We are looking for candidates experienced in Agile delivery methods with good interpersonal skills and minimum intermediate English skills.
