For our Client, multinational company from SSC sector, we are looking for experienced candidate for the position of AP Manager.

AP ManagerMiejsce pracy: Kraków
Responsibilities:
  • Supervising 3 teams of AP department - over 30 FTEs
  • Analysis and improvements on PTP processes following best in class solutions
  • System automation and enhancement projects related to AP and reporting
  • The point of contact for external and internal audits
  • Analysis that KPIs for accounts payable, travel and expenses and overall process management are in line with SLAs
 
Requirements:
  • Undergraduate degree in Finance / Accounting or equivalent in working experience 
  • Minimum of 3 years experience working on Managerial position in Accounts Payable department 
  • Strong competence  in Microsoft Office (e.g. Microsoft Word, Excel)
  • ERP experience (SAP and/ or Oracle)
  • Fluency in written and oral is English (minimum C1 level) is essential for this role
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Analytical approach with good problem solving skills
