Your new role
On this position you will process invoices/CN in SAP, make tax determinations/interpretation of taxable vs non-taxable items, monitor AP debit balances, blocked invoices and correct any issues as they arise, reconcile and clear GR\IR accounts and audit employee expenses in Concur Perform monthly and yearly close activities; You will also handle external and internal vendor correspondences via email and/or phone and provide support to other colleagues and take part in department projects aimed at improving process efficiency and quality.
What you'll need to succeed
You need to have minimum bachelor degree and at least 2 of professional background in similar position. You must have fluent English and knowledge of SAP, we expect you to have strong analytical and multitasking skills. Knowledge of other foreign language (i.e. French, German, Spanish, Italian) will be an advantage.
