AP Accountant with German
This is a highly challenging position for German speakers who would like to continue their career in accounting. Great opportunity to become a part of international structures. The primary responsibility of the role is to control and drive continuous improvements in the AP area.
Client Details
Our Client is a company from the production sector. They decided to open their international structures at the end of previous year and they are going to grow for the next few months. Currently they support mainly German speaking countries in accounting activities. Their office is located in Piaseczno.
Description
- Process AP documents
- Prepare and book journal entries for AP (invoices, credit notes)
- Reconciliation of AP accounts
- Prepare payment proposals
- Initiate wire transfers or other method of electronic payment
- Identify and suggest potential process improvements
- Maintenance of relevant documents for audit
- Perform other tasks related to the AP process
Profile
- Minimum 1 year of experience in the area of Accounts Payable
- Fluent English and German
- Good knowledge of MS Office and ERP systems
- Very good Customer Service skills
- Ability to work under pressure and with deadlines
- Excellent communication skills
- Very good analytical skills
- Ability to work under time pressure
- Flexibility and willingness to participate in many projects
