Description of the role, as a Senior Financial Operations Specialist You will:
Be a Customer Manager to assgined Business Unit Maintain KPI's on stable and expected level and drive implementation of improvement measures Follow up on aged invoices (AP Ageing) and GR/IR items Execute Consignment Stock and Self-Billing process Drive cross-units conversations on selected topics or drive escalation conversation with selected units and process knowledge Drive process standardization across multiple business units Take part in ad-hoc projects and support continuous improvement environment Establish and maintain a control environment Support with external and internal audit needs Support Specialists in issue and query resolution

- University Degree preferred (especially within Finance and Accounting)
- Knowledge of, and minimum 3-4 years experience in financial department (preferable Accounts Payable)
- Advanced level of English required
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Dedicated to meeting the expectations and requirements of customers
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work as part of a team and using own initiative
