Analyst – Technical Accounting and Financial Controls
Lokalizacja: WarsawFor our Client, new company on the market in SSC sector, we are looking for specialist for positions of Analyst Technical Accounting and Financial Controls
Responsibilities:
- Asist affiliates with technical accounting inquiries and issues
- Advise on accounting and reporting implications of business transactions
- Advise on SEC rules and regulations
- Assist with due diligence for potential business combinations and other transactions
- Outline accounting treatment for business combinations and other transactions
- Assist affiliates with implementation of internal controls over financial reporting (SOx)
- Provide guidance to affiliates on control design and execution
- Develop remediation plans for control deficiencies
- Manage affiliate compliance
We are looking for:
- Fluent in English
- min. 3 years of experience in Finance function or public accounting practice, with in-depth knowledge of US GAAP/IFRS technical accounting
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
- CPA, Chartered Accountant, or CPA Candidat
- SOX, US-GAAP
- Fluency in English
- Working knowledge and experience with SAP GA module and Business Objects
- Strong self-management skills and high learning agility
- Proven ability to produce high quality work
- Excellent interpersonal skills with customer focus
- Analitycal thinking
