With its administration, insourcing and risk management services, the company focuses on the administration and structuring of funds, securities and alternative asset classes and offers complex risk management solutions.
In order to sustain our continuous expansion drive we are hiring an AML Specialist for managed companies to first look at automatization of processes within the team to subsequently take on wider responsibilities.
Your areas of responsibility:
- support the definition and regular review of SICAV’s AML/CFT framework
- bring process improvement ideas - work closely with RPA teams on automating the processes (writing up specifications)
- cooperate with SICAV's person responsible for Compliance (Responsable du Respect ("RR")) and provide quarterly reporting
- evaluate measures to be taken in the event of suspicious activities and/or transactions in consultation with the RR
- occasionally participate in board meetings to present AML status
- prepare annual summary report on SICAV’s activities and operations as well as coordinate the final approval
- coordinate SICAV registration to Financial Intelligence Agency’s GoAML tool and associated necessary analysis of reports/statements as well as required escalation
- support Compliance Officer (Responsable du Contrôle ("RC")) for managed companies ("SICAV") in daily business
Your skills and experience:
- previous experience in process improvement and automatization
- first experience in writing up procedures/policies is an advantage
- strong knowledge of AML regulations and requirements ideally in (Luxembourg) investment fund industry and / or credit institution or consulting firm
- strong presentation, communication and organisational skills
- ability to work independently
- reliability, resilience, strong solution and service orientation
- good MS Office skills (Word/PowerPoint/Excel)
- fluent English, German and/or French an advantage
