For our Client, well-known international financial institution we are looking for a person interested in the role of Agile Transformation Lead.
Your new role
- Lead transformational projects across various locations.
- Lead and coordinate agile development and ways of working across different teams
- Identify improvement opportunities with the use of various methodologies
- Develop and deliver transformation projects to drive a step change in operational efficiency and customer experience.
- Project manage and oversee a number of improvement initiatives, including managing plans, schedules, progress, reporting key metrics, managing communication with key stakeholders, managing risks etc.
- Build trusting relationships with stakeholders by consistently delivering value add services. Work with stakeholders from various departments, including Operations, Front Office, Compliance, Audit, Finance, HR etc., to identify and deliver improvements within the Organisation.
- Working with peer development teams.
- Working with Front Office Quant teams.
What you'll need to succeed
- Experience in business consulting and/or change management (5+ years). Proven track of record in delivering and leading mid-sized transformational projects.
- Strong Project Management background and proven experience in using Agile PM, (certification will be an asset).
- Hands-on knowledge of Agile and DevOps techniques and implementation approaches
- Sound knowledge of Design Thinking
- Strong planning and organisation skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and provide high quality results under pressure to strict deadlines.
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills. Ability to manage & engage stakeholders, negotiate in situations of conflicting interests, and influence key decision makers.
- Excellent English.
- Positive attitude.
