For our Client, international company located in Kraków, we are currently looking for a person interested in the role of Agile Manager.
Your new role
Holding this position you will be responsible for managing Agile implementations process as well as serving as an advisor to client’s leaders and organizations. You will facilitate diverse stakeholder discussions about Agile Practice, lead by example, and challenge the status quo. Your duty will be to run continuous improvement process for global systems Agile Practice as well as consult and give advice to ensure others comply the company’s Enterprise Architecture. Moreover, you will provide leadership to project teams, guide and monitor task completion, share expert knowledge and advice.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be a successful Candidate on this role you need to possess above 5 years of Agile and Scrum management experience and display profound Agile and Scrum knowledge, combined with basic understanding of the overall context of business processes and the global systems technologies impact. Experience in project planning, execution and economic aspects of system management and lifecycle is also required. Moreover, you need to hold at least 1 year experience in working in a non-native country and culture as well as proven experience in providing coaching within various organizations, departments or programs and contributing to those. Certifications such as Scrum Alliance Certified Enterprise Coach (CEC) and/or Certified Scrum Professional (CSP) will be a strong advantage. Due to work in an international environment, fluency in English is a must.
