We are working as a recruitment provider searching on our Client's behalf for a person in the following role:
Agile Lead
Location: Kraków
ScrumMasters encourage Scrum and Agile best practices within their team, and coach team members as needed. They promote a culture of collaboration and a mentality of constant improvement within the team and strive to make the team self-organising.
Working with the Product Owner, the ScrumMasters ensure the team understand the product vision, roadmap and priorities and that a backlog is available and ready. They ensure the team be as productive as possible and are delivering tangible value every Sprint.
Key Accountabilities:
Encourage Scrum and Agile best practices within the team, and coach team members as needed
Facilitate Scrum ceremonies
Promote a culture of collaboration and mentality of constant improvement within the team
Work with Product Owner(s) to ensure backlog is available and ready
Ensure the team understand the product vision, roadmap and priorities
Help team formulate meaningful and realistic Sprint goals, delivering real value
Resolve or chase resolution of any impediments
Raise identified risks with the Delivery Lead
JIRA administration for the team
Produce team metrics and reporting
Assist with program-wide metrics and reporting, as needed
Work with other ScrumMasters to manage inter-team dependencies and Sprint demos
Assist in PI planning preparation, as needed
Requirements:
Master degree, along with up to 3 years practical business experience
Solid project management skills (including in particular: Risk and Issues Management, Tracking, Reporting, Governance, Stakeholder Management as well as Resource and Team Management)
Experience in project management
Experience in collaboration with Senior Management
Experience in building and maintain with different areas and sectors (networking)
Experience in working in a banking, HR environment will be an advantage
Experience in working in an IT environment
Excellent English communication skills, written and verbal
Self-driven and independent
Strong communications and organizational skills
Presentation skills
Good command of MS Office, especially in Excel
Ability to adopt to changing business environment
Ability to work within international environment
Ability to manage a complex workload
