For our Client, international company located in Kraków, we are currently looking for Agile Delivery Manager.
Your new role
Holding this position, you will act as Agile driver & coach of the software delivery process (e.g. based on Scrum, Kanban) for multiple teams. You will be responsible for Providing end-to-end technical delivery (“DevOps”) including perspective for system, process and data for a set of applications by guaranteeing smooth operations to keep the applications up & running 24/7, continuous implementation of functional enhancements and regularly tackling & preventing technical dept. Moreover, you need to demonstrate strong customer-orientation with positive & result-driven attitude.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful Candidate for the position, you must have at least 7 years of relevant experience in IT and at least 3 years of experience in leading position. You should have university degree (preferably IT or math related field) and know how in managing an agile software delivery process (e.g. Scrum, Kanban). Also, you need to have good people management skills related to e.g. recruiting, personal development, compensation and track record in one core IT discipline, e.g. software development, testing or requirements engineering. Due to work in international environment, you need to hold fluent English language skills, German language is not required, but will be a great plus.
