For our client, global financial institution, we are looking for a Agile Business Analyst.
Your new role
As a Agile Business Analyst you will be:
- Responsible for facilitating the team to self-organise, enabling continuous improvement of change and run activities, aligned to the product roadmap and customer expectations
- Responsible for the, coaching and leadership responsibilities that enable Agile delivery, including facilitating team meetings such as retrospectives, reviews and planning events.
- Accountable to communicate the overarching product vision to the team/pod and Agile teams and as an authorized representative and gatekeeper of customer value , responsible for the success of the product or service
- Works with the Technical Product Manager and Team to ensure that work is deconstructed and translated into development activities across team/pods
- Reviews epics and user stories to ensure they align to the product vision, challenging where necessary
- Support the communication and delivery of requirements with relevant stakeholders
- Develop a broad knowledge of business areas, applications or products
- Provides team with business domain expertise
What you'll need to succeed
- Knowledge on product management
- Knowledge on project management
- Knowledge on agile development
- Experience on JIRA & Confluence, MS Office
- Very good analytical skills
- Very good command of English
- Positive, proactive and can-do attitude
- Ability to work with team members in different time zones
- A high level of motivation, quick to learn
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Lean and Agile methods of software delivery (Scrum, Kanban, Lean UX, XP, BDD, ATDD and TDD)
