Person hired against this role will be working in terms of HR Facility team on reception desk and will be responsible for managing processes and procedures within the office.

Main duties will include:
  • Maintaining good relationship with vendors,
  • Managing and updating database,
  • Contacting landlord regarding facilities within the office and negotiations,
  • Maintaining equipment for effective functioning of office;
  • Setting appointments, meetings, and conference calls
  • Carrying out company office policies and procedures
  • Frequently checking office supply stock; reordering supplies when needed
  • Providing professional support

Requirements:

  • Previous experience on office administrator or facilities administrator or receptionist or administration specialist position;
  • Great communication skills
  • Excellent English skills
  • Polish language is a must
  • Great knowledge of MS office package
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to get the work done on schedule
  • Great customer service skills
