Miejsce pracy: Kraków

Responsibilities:

  • Complex calendar management, including scheduling, confirming and organizing calls and meetings
  • Managing international business meetings by handling all logistics: booking flights, hotels, restaurants, team-building events, and offsite activities
  • Point of contact in a Team, responsible for smooth information flow
  • Preparing meeting agendas, official communication, and business presentations
  • Preparing and submitting expense reports
  • Demonstrate high levels of professionalism when communicating in person, by email or by phone
  • Analyzing ad-hoc problems, finding and executing solutions
  • Use tact, discretion, and good judgment in handling sensitive and confidential information
  • Prioritizing multiple tasks, meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality attention to detail

The successful candidate will possess the ability to work efficiently and independently; manage high volumes of tasks and projects with little guidance; react with appropriate urgency to situations and events that require a quick response; take effective action without having to know the total picture; think creatively and be proactive in solving problems. Admin Assistant is the person, who offloads the Executive and Management from admin tasks, so the business acumen, organizational skills, and creativeness in finding solutions will be the biggest asset.

Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (B2-C1), German is an asset
  • Minimum of 1 - 3 years prior administrative, project management experience, required
  • Highly Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) and SAP Concur System
  • Ability to learn quickly
  • Excellent time management skills, ability to prioritize work and act under pressure without losing focus
  • Sharp eye for details, planning and executing skills, multitasking
  • Reliable, trustworthy and passionate
