Currently, we are looking for an Administrative Assisatnt who will carry out a project for our Client - an American data communication and telecommunication equipment provider

Main tasks

The Learning Support Administrator is responsible for performing a variety of tasks in support of Training Services training mission. Typical Learning Management System (LMS) administrative tasks are generally not seen or viewed by learners or other users of the LMS but require support. Areas of responsibility include but are not limited to support required to load and configure content, configuring roles and audiences, establish or maintain customer accounts. There are tasks that occur sporadically which require concentrated effort for some amount of time to modify or align content in the Learning Management System in support of data cleanup or data migration activities.

  • Triage and escalate cases to appropriate queues.
  • Perform administrative data entry to support data cleanup initiatives.
  • Assign Certification Credit or Enroll Partners en masse.
  • Move or realign content to new portfolios.
  • Capture Training Led Events for employees and partners. (Typically in large post sales kickoff sessions or sales conferences).
  • Load training history for returning users.

Experience in:

  • A learning organization
  • Training administration (preferred but not required)
  • Customer service



  • Knowledge of and experience with learning management systems (preferred but not required).
  • Experience in Microsoft Office suite or Google’s G Suite.
  • Team-oriented but self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision.
  • Demonstrated attention to detail, strong quality focus, and well organized.
  • Successful prioritization of work requirements and multitasking, as necessary.
  • Analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Client focused to build and maintain professional working relationships.
  • Ability to remain flexible and adaptable to constant change.
  • Effective oral and written communication skills with clients, leadership and team members
