For one of our Clients an international and stable company from automotive sector, we are currently looking for an experienced Specialist to join their structure.

Your new role
As an Administration Specialist you will be responsible for all administrative tasks and projects. Your daily duties will include preparation of presentations and documents, organising and conducting meetings for the board. Moreover you will participate in the conduct in the register invoices and managing all events. You will closely cooperate with all departments and Managers.

What you'll need to succeed
Your proven min. 2 years of professional experience on similar position in international company is a must. You need to have University degree in Economy, Law or related specialisation and very good knowledge of English. Exceptional interpersonal, analytical and strong Excel skills are also highly required.
