Accounts Receivable Teamlead
The person hired as AR Teamlead will be responsible for creating a department in the newly opened SSC, as well as for further coordination of work in everyday cooperation with other departments of the company.

Our Client is an international, stable and well-recognized company. For their new opend Shared Service Center located in Cracow we are looking for Candidates interested in the position of Accounts Receivable Teamlead.
Description
- Responsible for the setup of the accounts receivable organization.
- Participate in the transition of work from the local organizations to the Shared Service Center.
- Gather knowledge and insight of the local accounts receivable operations of the local entities prior to the transition into the shared service center.
- Lead and overall oversight of the Accounts Receivable department (~10 FTE) and provide consistent leadership to department personnel through regular meetings, effective objective setting, delegation, and communication.
- Work with Regional Controllers, head of SSC and group to identify and implement continuous improvements in processes, systems and procedures.
- Ensure operational costs of the Accounts Receivable tower are in line with relevant budgetary controls.
- People development, career development and succession planning.
- Provide accounts receivable expertise to the team and contribute in the day-to-day delivery of the accounts receivable processes.
Profile
- BA in business administration or another relevant field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (C1 level) (Dutch or German will be an advantage).
- Experience in establishing a new team with the ability to attract, retain and motivate people.
- Experience as a team lead in accounts receivable, preferably in a Shared Services environment.
- Understanding of integrated ERP software.
- Accurate, solution-oriented, flexible and stress resistant.
